The Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 2+ years of recruitment experience to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment delivery across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Support end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably agency recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
