About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager – Operator Engagement and Supply NPS to drive key operator engagement programs like KAM management and driving critical supply led parameters to drive superior customer experience and NPS

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive key operator engagement programs such as KAM (Key Account Management) initiatives and growth operator programs through structured interventions and well-defined SOPs.
  • Segment operators into relevant cohorts, understand their unique needs, and design targeted strategies to improve wallet share, KAM effectiveness, and adoption of platform features for sustainable growth.
  • Own and improve critical supply-side metrics including live tracking, bus-level imagery, DMS adoption, and reduction of bus cancellations, thereby enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable solutions that drive platform differentiation.
  • Take a deep-dive approach to problem-solving by leveraging data, identifying root causes, and executing structured solutions to improve operational and business outcomes.
