• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred.
• 0-10 years of experience in retail, preferably from a luxury background.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to leverage customer behavioral, lifestyle, and demographic data to personalize fashion advice.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Lead personalized fashion consultation sessions with clients, leveraging knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their personal style, preferences, and needs.
• Use customer behavioral, lifestyle, and demographic data to tailor fashion recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to ensure optimal customer experience and drive sales.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and designer collections to provide clients with the most current advice.
• Manage client records and feedback to continually improve consultation services.
• Assist in store visual merchandising based on current trends and customer preferences.
