Job Location: Gurgaon (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end infrastructure and deployment lifecycle for one or more products

● Design, build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure

● Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation

● Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and deployments using Helm charts

● Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)

● Ensure high system reliability, uptime, and performance through monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

● Perform infrastructure upgrades, patching, and cost optimization across environments

● Troubleshoot production issues and ensure quick resolution with minimal downtime

● Manage secrets, access controls, and cloud security best practices (IAM, networking, encryption)

● Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enable faster and safer releases

● Document infrastructure, processes, and best practices for scalability and maintainability

Desired Skills and Experience:

● 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles

● Strong hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory) and working knowledge of Azure

● Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration

● Hands-on experience with Helm charts and microservices deployment

● Strong experience with Terraform (primary) and CloudFormation

● Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

● Good understanding of networking, load balancers, DNS, and cloud architecture

● Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.

● Proficiency in scripting (Bash / Python)

● Experience handling production systems and incident management

● Ability to independently manage and own infrastructure for a product

Competencies Required

● Experience in multi-cloud environments,

● Knowledge of security best practices and compliance (SOC2, etc.)

● Experience in high-scale or startup environments

● Exposure to cost optimization and FinOps practices
