We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our marketplace operations team and handle day-to-day management and growth of seller accounts.

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplace seller accounts.
• Handle product listing, catalog management, content optimization, and product updates.
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, pricing, and product performance.
• Manage marketplace promotions, deals, offers, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize marketplace advertising performance.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and product performance reports.
• Handle account health, listing issues, suppressed listings, and marketplace support tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory, pricing, product content, and order fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketplace visibility.
• Prepare regular marketplace performance reports.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and operational changes.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Other major online marketplaces.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
• Practical experience managing seller accounts.
• Good understanding of product listings and marketplace operations.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and marketplace accounts.

Location Requirement 📍 Kozhikode, Kerala. This is a 100% work-from-office role. Candidates currently residing in Kerala are preferred. Candidates from outside Kerala may also apply only if they are genuinely willing to relocate to Kozhikode.
