We're looking for a Q-Commerce Ads Manager to own our paid media presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.) — driving visibility, conversion, and profitable growth on India's fastest-growing retail channel.

• Plan, execute, and optimise sponsored listings, banners, and search ads across q-commerce platforms
• Manage budgets and bids to hit ROAS, ACOS, and share-of-voice targets
• Optimise listings/keywords for organic + paid discoverability
• Track performance (ROAS, CAC, MER, contribution margin) and build regular reporting dashboards
• Coordinate promotions, deal days, and new SKU launches with platform account managers
• Balance spend across q-commerce, Meta/Google, and offline using blended CAC, not siloed ROAS
• Monitor competitor pricing and share-of-shelf; coordinate creatives with design team

• 2–5 years in performance marketing or category management, with hands-on q-commerce ads experience
• Strong grasp of ROAS, ACOS, CAC, MER, contribution margin
• Comfortable with platform dashboards and Excel/Sheets reporting
• D2C/FMCG background preferred; analytical, stakeholder-savvy
