Rakon, A Bourns Company, is looking for a seasoned Head - Supply Chain Manager (Senior Manager) to lead and drive our end-to-end supply chain operations in India. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for:

Supply Planning & S&OP
Inventory Management & Optimization
Stores & Dispatch Operations
Logistics & Regulatory Compliance (SEZ, Import/Export)
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile

15-18 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
Strong background in manufacturing or electronics industries
Expertise in SAP, supply planning, logistics, and inventory optimization
Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an added advantage
