Location: Ahmedabad – work from office

Working hours: Monday to Friday 1 PM to 10 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM (during daylight saving)

Salary: Open to discuss + uncapped commission scheme

You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering top talent for a diverse portfolio of clients, including global financial trading and Forex/CFD firms, innovative technology start-ups, software companies, and leading financial institutions. With support from our UK-based Business Development & Account Management team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be based in our modern office in Gota, Ahmedabad, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are seeking Experienced individuals who have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably technical / Financial / non-healthcare)
• Interest in working in the UK/EU market or prior experience.
• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Cultivating a positive mindset and a winning attitude
• Dedicated, focused, and eager to learn
• Proficient in time management with a commitment to ethical practices and delivering high-quality service

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing potential candidates by searching through different job portals and LinkedIn to find the best possible talent for our clients
• Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with the UK team to source top talent.
