About the Role

Prowise Solutions Inc. is looking for a passionate and experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing US IT Staffing team. If you have a proven track record in sourcing OPT candidates and H-1B consultants, and enjoy building a strong talent pipeline, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit OPT and H-1B Transfer consultants for US IT Staffing requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Network Engineers and other high-demand IT professionals.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, referrals, and university networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial technical and communication assessments, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Verify visa status, work authorization, availability, relocation preferences, and compensation expectations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS updates, and daily recruitment reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with consultants through regular follow-ups and engagement.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, visa regulations, and current hiring demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
  • Hands-on experience in OPT Recruitment and H-1B Recruitment.
  • Strong experience sourcing Network Engineers and other IT professionals.
  • Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorization, visa categories, and the US recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
