L2 Team across functions for PostGres SQL server administrator

Monitoring availability of Infrastructure

System maintenance, Version upgradation , DB Patch apply

Mitigate VA/PT compliance

Management of configuration and support documents

Ensure all servers are backed up in a way that meets the business’s Recovery Point Objectives

Test backups to ensure we can meet the business’ Recovery Time Objectives

On-call troubleshooting

Analyze DB performance issues

Timely response to high severity Issues

Adherence to set support & organization processes

On time communication & documentations

Proactive reporting, timely updates and escalations

Maintain end-to-end recovery documentation as per the client environment & DR policy

DR / NDR setup, Monitor DB replication.

Working will be in General shift (Mon-Fri) , if any problem person should be available at late hours and even on holidays.

Top-up Support required for advisory or if onsite resource could not resolve the problem.

Minimum experience at 4 to 5 years.
