The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur Area. This role involves coordinating with buyers and internal teams to manage orders from sampling to shipment, ensuring product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met. The Merchandiser will analyze market trends, support pricing and product mix decisions, and help develop new designs and collections aligned with customer preferences. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, tracking production status, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and home furnishing products, preferably with experience in export-oriented manufacturing.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for order tracking and documentation.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in collaborate effectively with production and quality teams.
