We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment lifecycle for our US-based clients, sourcing and placing top-tier IT consultants across W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements. This role demands a deep understanding of Technical stack, US tax terms, visa classifications, and job boards, combined with excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

• Manage recruitment cycles including best and timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates for US IT roles.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter), internal databases, and social media platforms to mine passive and active talent.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and overall fit against client job descriptions.
• Assess Candidate deep technically (Audio and Teams call) to make sure that it a right fit candidate to put forward to his/her reporting manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, passing smooth manager updates.
• Negotiate pay rates, W2/C2C terms, and building good initial relations till candidate handover.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
• Stay updated on US market trends, in-demand technologies (e.g., AWS, Java, .NET, DevOps, Python, AI), and client hiring patterns.

• 3–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (India-based night shift roles preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099), tax terms, and visa types (H1B, OPT-EAD, GC, USC).
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills – able to interact confidently with US clients and candidates.
• Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho, JobDiva, Ceipal) or any other ATS.
• Ability to work US Central/Eastern time zones (night shift in India, e.g., 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
• Solid understanding of IT skill sets and technologies to screen technical profiles effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

• Experience with direct client requirements (Prime Vendors or Tier-1 implementation partners).
• Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator).
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field or MBA.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly placement targets.
• Knowledge of US geography and time zones for effective client coordination.
• Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
