WE’RE HIRING | US TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Rama Talkies, Visakhapatnam

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday – Friday US Time Zone / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/prospects in the US market.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively present products/services.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/sales reports.
• Follow sales scripts, processes, and quality standards.
• Work according to US business hours and adapt to the US market.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
• Target-oriented with a positive and competitive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in US telesales, international BPO, inside sales, or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
