Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the growth and development of our Commodity Derivatives business. The role requires a strong understanding of commodity markets, customer behaviour, product strategy, and business execution. The ideal candidate should be able to identify market opportunities, enhance customer experience, work with cross-functional teams, and execute initiatives that drive product adoption, revenue, and customer engagement.

• Develop and execute product strategies to increase client acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue.
• Identify market opportunities through competitor benchmarking, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Research, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver new product enhancements and initiatives.
• Conceptualize and launch new features, pricing initiatives, campaigns, and value propositions to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure successful implementation across all channels.
• Conduct regular analysis of exchange developments, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with branch and digital distribution teams to improve product penetration and customer activation.

• Strong understanding of Commodity Derivatives and commodity market ecosystem.
• Good knowledge of exchange products, trading platforms, margin framework, and market participants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
