We are looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser to manage buyer communication and coordinate orders from development through production and shipment.

• Handle buyer communication and order requirements.
• Coordinate sampling, costing, approvals and production timelines.
• Prepare and maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars.
• Coordinate with fabric, trims, sampling, production and QC teams.
• Follow up on fabric, trims and accessories.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate PP meetings and sample approvals.
• Maintain order documentation and production records.
• Ensure buyer specifications are communicated accurately to the factory.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion, Textile or related field.
• 3–14 years of experience in garment merchandising.
• Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and production processes.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
