• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
• Proficiency in using payroll software or systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, processes, and regulations, including tax laws, deductions, benefits, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Lead the full cycle of payroll processing for both US and Canada using PeopleSoft.
• Develop and implement effective payroll policies and procedures to adhere to regulations and guidelines.
• Manage data entry, calculations, and generating comprehensive payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll tax laws, deductions, benefits, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the HR team to manage payroll benefits and deductions.
• Provide solutions to any payroll-related problems or questions.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
