Business Development Officer

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales, preferably in the banking or NBFC sector.
• Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and use innovative technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales goals.

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitors' methods to develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements as needed.
• Ensure the adherence to laws, rules and regulations, and maintain the bank's reputation.
