• Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience of 0-10 years in a sales role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of home loan products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of CRM systems.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Home Loans department.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship management.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding home loan products and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Stay updated with latest trends in the home loan market and competitor activities.
