IT Sourcer

We are on look out for a Sourcer for IT Recruitments for pune Office in Koregaon Park. ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS CAN APPLY. FRESHERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE – EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ONLY. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN IT SOURCING WILL BE CONSIDERED.

If you are a good Sourcer with min 2 years in Recruitments then you will nail this job post upon reading it once! We need someone with 1 -4 years experience SOURCING CVS for various positions in IT across all functions and domains (Software Development, Testing, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Networking, Cyber Security, ERP, IT Infrastructure, etc.)

You have a great understanding of various IT job roles and technologies and to SOURCE from First competitor list and subsequently has good experience to SOURCE CVS from Similar industry.

Our Recruitment teams are siloed as per the specific competency required for each job role such as:

• Sourcer - Will source CVs for various positions from Job Portals Naukri and LinkedIn
• Recruiter - Will engage with candidates already Sourced by the SOURCER
• Team Leader - Engages with candidates for Senior position and Leads the team of Sourcer & Recruiters
• CRM/Account Manager - Basically Client front ending and interaction role
