Tender Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tendering activities, with strong knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal and e-tendering processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating tender documentation, and ensuring timely compliance with all tender requirements.

• Search, monitor, and manage relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for required documents, quotations, and approvals.
• Track tender deadlines, EMD, bid status, and results.
• Maintain records of tender submissions and related documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all tender-related documents.
• Follow up on tender-related queries, clarifications, and post-bid requirements.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in tender management/e-tendering.
• Strong knowledge of the GeM Portal is mandatory.
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of government tenders and bidding procedures.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
