Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-13 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, focusing on Payroll, Benefits and Absence modules.
• Technical expertise in Core HR and PeopleSoft implementation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud technology and related applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

• Lead HCM Cloud implementation projects focusing on Payroll, Benefits and Absence modules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Manage system configuration and integrations in line with business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across the platforms.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and upgrades.
