Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams
• Mandatory proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of the Vijayawada and surrounding local market
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1–10 days will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives
• Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews
• Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory
• Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements

• Fluent in Telugu with strong knowledge of the local market
