Business Development Associate

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop customer relationships, and expand Skyy Rider Electric’s market presence in the EV sector.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Skyy Rider’s electric vehicles.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms and networking.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, institutions, hotels, resorts, hospitals, industries and government organizations.
• Identify and develop potential dealers, distributors and channel partners.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, quotation and closure.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery, customization and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Automobile / EV / Mobility sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good lead-generation and client-conversion abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in EV, automobile, fleet, dealership or industrial sales will be an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred. MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable.
