Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to attract top talent.
• Manage job postings across various platforms and screen applications to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate reports to analyze recruitment metrics and performance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies to improve operational efficiency.
