Job Description :

  • Relationship management with category team at Flipkart and Amazon Seller
  • Monthly – Quarterly biz plan alignment with Flipkart and Amazon
  • Seller alignment on biz plan, working capital & credit management
  • Monitoring of SCM KPIs expectation from Amazon/Flipkart like fill rates, selection, geography replication along with operational metrics around fulfillment
  • Account level fin-ops management – Claims management, Payments and credit operations and other TOT alignment
  • Strengthen hygiene rules to minimize CI
  • Managing key platform metrics – Visibility and platform share of SOV, Platform category visibility and marketing spend to deliver required page visits required as per Sales plan

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • MBA (Full Time)
  • 5-12 years of experience in ecommerce sales
  • Intelligent- passionate & motivated with high energy levels – ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A positive thinker, self-driven, results orientated individual with clear focus on retail operations
