• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• 0-10 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or home rental industry
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate market and leasing practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools

• Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them
• Follow independent owner leads and close the deal
• Perform verification of the location of the house before on-boarding the property
• Pitch about the company policies and convince the owner
• Collect details for generating the agreement between the company & owner
• Manage and maintain relationships with current and potential property owners
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion
