• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
• Experience with Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing is mandatory.
• Proficient understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle.
• Ability to effectively use recruitment software and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the IT industry.
• Manage job postings, applications, and communication with potential candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Regularly report on recruitment metrics to company stakeholders.
