• Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of OpenText InfoArchive solutions.
• Develop and manage document archiving strategies in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of InfoArchive systems.
• Design and execute system testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for InfoArchive users, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Manage data migration tasks, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Stay abreast of the latest OpenText InfoArchive updates, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services and solutions.
