MERCHANDISER — SAMPLING & PRODUCTION (OWN BRAND)

Work on our OWN BRAND (not export orders) — women's & kids' apparel selling on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, firstcry, Meesho etc

THE ROLE:

• Take ~25 styles/month from sample to production to finished goods
• Coordinate sampling with our factory; follow up production timelines
• Basic costing and limited fabric follow-up (mainly cotton)
• Hand over finished goods to the e-commerce team on time

WE NEED:

• 1–4 years merchandising / sampling experience in Tiruppur garments
• Tamil is enough; English not required; Hindi a small plus
• Sampling process knowledge, basic costing, strong follow-up discipline
