About the Role: Technical Recruiter - IT

• Build and streamline the US IT recruitment/B2B hiring process from scratch.
• Develop sourcing strategies for US IT consultants and candidates, particularly through IMS and similar channels.
• Manage and mentor a team of US IT recruiters.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, sourcing funnels, submission processes and quality standards.
• Work closely with B2B clients/vendors and understand their hiring requirements.
• Build vendor/client relationships and improve candidate submission-to-interview ratios.
• Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Train recruiters on US staffing, ATS/VMS, Boolean sourcing, rate negotiation and candidate management.

• Experience: 2–5+ years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment
• Preferred: Candidates currently working with US staffing organizations.

• US IT recruitment experience
• Team management skills
• Strong sourcing strategies
• Understanding of B2B hiring processes

• Experience with ATS/VMS
• Knowledge of Boolean sourcing
• Rate negotiation skills
