Online Bidder

The Online Bidder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Online Bidder will identify relevant projects on online marketplaces and platforms, prepare tailored proposals, and submit bids aligned with Brainium’s services and AI-first approach.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to create compelling proposals, business emails, and bid documentation.
• Candidates should possess the ability to engage in Training and continuous learning to stay updated on bidding strategies, platforms, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar) and IT/software services is highly needed.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, target-driven environment with a focus on ethical and professional client engagement.
