We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support our Compliance team in managing regulatory operations and ensuring adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance processes within a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in ensuring day-to-day compliance with regulations, circulars, and notifications issued by SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories
• Monitor exchange portals for new circulars, regulatory updates, and compliance submissions
• Maintain and update the internal compliance calendar
• Assist with secretarial compliance work
• Prepare board documents, resolutions, and meeting minutes
• Maintain statutory registers and records coordinate for ROC/MCA filings and Companies Act compliances
• Coordinate with internal and external departments

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed LLB / CS / CA / MBA / Commerce-related degree
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Basic understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines effectively
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
