• A minimum of 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, web development company, IT services company, or SaaS.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO, website development, social media marketing, Google/Meta Ads, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing retainers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Lead the sales process to attract new clients by identifying their business needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance the company's digital marketing strategies.
• Represent Graphicosmos at industry events and conferences, and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
• Provide feedback to the team to refine and enhance our products and services based on client needs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
