We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale MICE, corporate events, and experiential marketing projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, production, and client servicing functions while ensuring seamless execution, exceptional client experiences, and strong commercial performance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in event operations and production, combined with strong client management capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business development, creative, and production teams to deliver high-quality events while driving operational excellence, profitability, and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in the MICE, events, experiential marketing, or event management industry.
• Proven experience leading operations, production, or client servicing functions for large-scale corporate events and experiential projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, event production, logistics, budgeting, and operational execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing project P&Ls, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-site leadership during events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing both domestic and international MICE programs.
• Strong network of vendors, venues, hospitality partners, and production agencies.
• Background in event management, experiential marketing, exhibitions, conferences, or corporate events.
• MBA or professional qualification in Event Management or Hospitality is an advantage.
