These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JusRecruit's AI-powered recruiting platform and related services provided by HTH Technolabs Pvt Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing or using the JusRecruit platform, you legally agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the JusRecruit website, mobile applications, or APIs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using JusRecruit, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Key Definitions
- "Company"
- HTH Technolabs Pvt Ltd, incorporated under Indian law with registered address at 62, 11th Main Rd, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
- "Candidate"
- An individual whose interview, assessment, or profile is processed through the JusRecruit Service.
- "Customer"
- The natural or legal person that creates an account to evaluate, recruit, or otherwise engage Candidates using our platform.
- "Service"
- JusRecruit's AI-powered recruiting platform, including all features, tools, and integrations.
3. Service Description
JusRecruit provides a comprehensive AI-powered recruiting platform that includes:
- Asynchronous and live video interviews with AI-powered analysis
- AI-driven skill validation and competency assessment
- Interview scheduling and management tools
- Analytics dashboards with detailed candidate insights
- Platform integrations including ATS, calendar, proctoring, and coding test tools
- Automated candidate sourcing and screening capabilities
All recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated insights are securely shared with authorized Customer users through our platform dashboard.
4. Eligibility & Account Security
Security Requirements: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
By using our Service, Customers represent and warrant that they:
- Have the legal authority to bind the entity they represent
- Are not located in any embargoed or restricted jurisdiction
- Will maintain the confidentiality and security of all login credentials
- Will immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to their account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the Service
5. License & Use Restrictions
JusRecruit grants Customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for internal hiring and recruitment purposes only.
Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform
- Training external AI models on Service output or data
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service
- Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
6. Fees, Billing & Taxes
Pricing Structure
Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are specified in your Order Form or during in-product checkout.
Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Tax Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges related to their use of the Service.
7. User Content & Candidate Consent
Critical Requirement: Customers must obtain valid, verifiable consent from all Candidates before using our Service.
Customers must obtain and retain verifiable Candidate consent for:
- Audio-video recording during interviews and assessments
- Screen recording and keystroke analysis where enabled
- Biometric or behavioral analysis features when used
- International transfer and processing of personal data
- AI-powered analysis of interview responses and behavior
Material Breach: Failure to obtain valid consent constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate service termination.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including:

- • Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA)
Data Roles
- • Customers: Act as data controllers
- • JusRecruit: Acts as data processor
- • Separate data processing agreements available
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, algorithms, AI models, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by JusRecruit or our licensors.
Feedback Rights: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by JusRecruit without attribution or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our integrations with third-party services are provided "as is" and subject to those providers' terms:
- Google Workspace: Subject to Google's Limited Use Policy
- Microsoft 365: Governed by Microsoft's API terms
- ATS Platforms: Integration depends on third-party availability
- Coding Test Vendors: Subject to their respective terms of service
11. Beta Features
Beta Disclaimer: Beta or preview features are provided for evaluation only, may change without notice, and are offered "AS IS" without warranties.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JusRecruit's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- • Fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
- • USD $100
JusRecruit will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
14. Customer Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JusRecruit, its directors, officers, and affiliates against any third-party claims arising from:
- Customer's violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Content uploaded or provided by Customer
- Failure to obtain proper Candidate consent
- Misuse of the Service or unauthorized access
15. Suspension & Termination
JusRecruit may suspend or terminate access immediately for:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Security risks or threats
- Non-payment of fees
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Post-Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease, and Customer must delete all Service-derived data except as required by law.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Negotiation: Parties must attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996
- Seat: Arbitration seated in Bengaluru, conducted in English
17. Modifications to Terms
JusRecruit may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' advance notice via:
- Email notification to registered account holders
- In-service banner or notification
- Updated posting on our website
Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
